Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to oversee daily operations at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This role is crucial in managing our production processes, optimizing workflows, and leading our team to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire production process across all departments, including CNC Routing, CNC Machining, Thermoforming, and final fabrication and finishing.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Engineering, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
- Manage production budgets, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

- Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in plastic fabrication or a related manufacturing environment.
