The Firm Administrator will lead HR operations while playing a critical role in firm-wide operations, reporting directly to the Managing Partner. Key Responsibilities of Director of Human Resources:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Manage employee benefits, payroll, and compensation
- Lead performance review processes and training programs
- Collaborate on risk management, firm events, and strategic operations
- Maintain compliance and foster a positive company culture
Qualifications for HR Director:
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is required
- Familiarity with Asana or similar task management systems is preferred
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in creating programs to boost employee engagement and retention
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Professional services or law firm experience is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role with multiple direct reports
