Toyoda Gosei North America (headquartered in Troy, MI) has an opening for an IT Administrator in the CIS department. The Administrator functions under the direction of the Corporate Information Systems (CIS) Manager and is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the CIS Department for Toyoda Gosei (TG) North America Corporation (TGNA), and TGNA Manufacturing Companies (AMCs).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Track and monitor capital expenditures and CIS expense budgets for all AMCs
- Create, track, update, maintain, process, and manage department documents, reports, requests, invoices, projects, and others as required to meet departmental needs
- Enter, update, and otherwise maintain department data
- Translate departmental documents
- Perform general clerical duties as required to support the team
- Drive optimization by being actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts
- Function in a highly collaborative environment where flexibility and teamwork is critical to success
Qualifications and Competencies
- Associate degree or equivalent experience is required; Bachelor degree is preferred
- Familiarity with CIS functions/environment is preferred
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suites 2016 or newer is required
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines is required
- Effective verbal, non-verbal, negotiation and written communication skills are required
- Ability to sustain a high degree of professionalism in interacting with internal and external customers is required
- Effective attention to detail, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills is required
