As a UKG Application Analyst for our client you will participate on cross functional, integrated teams to troubleshoot complex problems across multiple domains. Our analyst will primarily be responsible for addressing end user support tickets through use of client Service Now platform. In addition, this position may be called on to assist with current UKG Workforce Central design, build and testing for any needed changes to system configuration. This analyst should be able to assist with translating business requirements into technical solutions and understand how to update and provision UKG application access.
Required Skills: History of UKG WFC application support as well as strong understanding of using ticketing application such as ServiceNow to provide end-user support.
Daily Job Duties: Responsible for addressing end user support tickets that come in through our Service Now application and help assist with application support activities, such as PIRC testing, planning maintenance downtimes, and running ad hoc reports as they are requested from Business Leaders.

- Experience with major projects or system upgrades within a Large Healthcare System or Enterprise.
- Understanding of Finance and Payroll operations
