ob Description
We are seeking an experiencedIT Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure and support systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that our technology resources and services are effectively maintained, with a focus on user management, system security, and vendor relationships. This person will serve as the main point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and will manage key platforms such as Azure Active Directory, Dropbox, SharePoint, and 1Password. The IT Manager will also maintain strong relationships with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and other vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT Infrastructure: Oversee the daily operations of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- User Management: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions across systems, including Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Dropbox, and 1Password.
- Vendor & MSP Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, including our MSP, ensuring that service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and coordinating on infrastructure upgrades and support tickets.
- Ticketing System Management: Implement and manage ticketing platforms for tracking user requests, system issues, and service desk operations.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop and execute scripts to automate routine tasks, improving IT efficiency and reducing manual processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain IT-related knowledge articles, help documentation, and internal support guides.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure systems adhere to company security policies and industry regulations, including access control and data protection protocols.
- Collaboration Tools Management: Maintain and support tools like Dropbox, SharePoint, and 1Password for secure collaboration and document management.
- Project Management: Lead or assist in IT projects such as system migrations, software rollouts, and infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in IT management, system administration, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Dropbox, SharePoint, and 1Password.
- Experience managing relationships with MSPs and other IT vendors.
- Proficiency with ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, FreshService or similar).
- Knowledge of creating and managing help articles and documentation for internal use.
- Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) to automate common tasks and streamline processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide high-level support.
- Familiarity with security best practices for user and system management.
- Mortgage or real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required.
