We are seeking a highly technical Systems Analyst with a strong focus on supporting development teams and handling production support within fast-paced, transactional environments. This is a critical role where the successful candidate will have hands-on experience working closely with development teams, managing production support, and troubleshooting issues across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide transactional and production support for high-volume systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Interface directly with development teams, translating technical requirements and collaborating on solutions.
Support SQL databases, ensuring seamless data transactions and effective issue resolution.
Engage in requirements gathering, identifying technical needs, and providing comprehensive system analysis.
Act as a utility player by supporting various technical functions, including SQL queries, transactional system support, and production troubleshooting.
Strong technical background with proven experience in development team collaboration and production support.
Demonstrates a strong, decisive personality capable of leading and driving initiatives forward.
Previous experience in fast-paced environments is essential, with an ability to thrive under pressure.
Familiarity with P&C (Property & Casualty) industry terminology and systems is required. Must be proactive, adaptable, and possess a results-driven mindset.
Experience with financial and statistical reporting applications is a plus.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with policy administration and transactional processing systems.
Experience working with simple SQL query’s.
Experience performing data analysis.
