Regional Maintenance Manager

Salary Range: $115k -135k
Remote / 25% US Based Domestic Travel (multi site)
Overview: Seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager with 5+ years of experience to oversee maintenance activities, ensure safety compliance, and drive productivity across multiple sites.
Must Haves / Mandatory:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or related field
- Willingness to travel 25% across the US to multiple sites.
- Experience with building systems, maintenance practices, and health and safety
- Experience managing a team of maintenance staff.
- Experience with budgeting and cost control.
- Experience with heating & vent, fire alarm systems, electrical, mechanical, CMMS, and conveyor (MHE) systems
Nice to Have / Preferred:
- Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM)
- IOSH Safety Qualification or similar
Responsibilities:
- Safety and Compliance: Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing; conduct audits to ensure maintenance processes meet safety, quality, and environmental standards; adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Quality and Productivity: Analyze and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity levels; oversee projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity, and enhance service quality.
- Vendor and Resource Management: Manage third-party vendors to ensure SLA compliance; order parts and materials for repairs and maintenance activities; maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Data Analysis and Collaboration: Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement; collaborate with team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
