We’re a growing US-based staffing firm that provides full-time, outsourced digital marketing and creative talent to U.S.-based automotive advertising agencies. We’re hiring a Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support our CEO and streamline our operations in Colombia. This primarily remote role offers professionals the chance to learn valuable digital marketing skills and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, and travel.
- Keep meetings organized, ensuring clear communication across the team.
Operations Coordination:
- Manage office administration, including basic accounting, payroll support, and IT coordination.
- Address daily employee concerns, assist with onboarding, and ensure a positive, productive workplace.
- Support HR functions, helping to maintain smooth communication and resolve any staff issues.
Client Relations:
- Build strong client interactions with U.S. clients in automotive and advertising.
Grow Your Career:
- Learn and apply web analytics skills like Google Analytics to support data-based decisions
- Understand how to run successful digital marketing tactics and strategies
- Integrate generative AI like ChatGPT into daily routines and business use cases
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Spanish (C2+, Colombian dialect preferred but not required)
- English (C2+)
- 4+ years in executive support, office management, or operations
- At least 2 years continuously at a single company
- Proactive, organized, and adaptable.
- Self-driven professional who thrives in a remote, startup setting.
