We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Operations Manager to support the VP of Tech in defining operational goals and tracking metrics. This role involves project management, data analysis, and organizing large stakeholder meetings to present business operations updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze data for business operations, define metrics, and report to senior leadership.
- Manage multiple projects, track deliverables, update stakeholders, and write executive-level content.
- Assist in strategic planning, balancing fine details with broader operational goals.
- Organize and coordinate large meetings, handling logistical aspects and content from multiple contributors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations management, with a focus on project management and data analysis.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior executives.
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments with high levels of ambiguity.
- Experienced in event planning for meetings, organizing content from diverse stakeholders, and adaptable to quick changes.
