Project Engineer - Water Resources
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 plus bonus and profit sharing

What You’ll Do
As a Project Engineer in the Environmental and Water Resources team, you’ll take charge of game-changing technical water, wastewater, and stormwater projects across Tennessee! From hydraulic and hydrologic system modeling to impactful asset management and green infrastructure design, you’ll lead innovative solutions that directly enhance communities and the environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical tasks for water distribution, sewage collection, and stormwater systems.
- Focus on industry standards and regulations.
- Communicate project goals, develop work plans, and anticipate project issues.
- Mentor junior staff and work with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in water resources and project management.
- Experience with hydraulic modeling and Tennessee water infrastructure.
- Proficiency with design softwares (AutoCAD/Revit) and Microsoft Office.
Preferred
- Tennessee Professional Engineering License.
