Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects for the technology team for a NY based fund in areas including implementation and integration of Markit EDM, Advent Geneva and Broadridge OMS
Work with business users and manage offshore development team
Lead daily scrum meetings and bi weekly sprints.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst with at least 3 years in Investment Manage,ment
- Needs to have good understanding of investment systems like Markit EDM, Advent Geneva etc.
- Understanding of how data moves in and out of the Advent Geneva accounting engine and the nomenclature of the data that resides in Geneva.
- Experience with Agile fast paced weekly/ bi-weekly iterations projects
- Highly proficient in the areas of requirement gathering and creating Use Cases, Use case diagrams, Workflow Diagrams.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, data mapping
- Experience in Supporting User Acceptance Testing, creating User Manual and User Training.
- Well acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle, Testing Life Cycle, and Business Process Management.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving, communication and presentation skills with a strong desire to achieve specified goals
- Bachelor’s Degree
