As the Salesforce Developer Lead, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust Salesforce applications. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring best practices in development and architecture while collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet business needs. A strong background in development is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, promoting skill development and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code and performance optimization.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and features, evaluating their impact on existing systems and processes.
- Manage integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions and support.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong background in software development.
- Proven experience leading development teams and managing complex Salesforce projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities, including Apex, Lightning components, and APIs.
- Experience with integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Developer) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
