Job Title: Senior Project Manager-Substations
Location: Dallas TX
Duration: 12+ months.
Pay Range: $75/hr

- Key Responsibilities (Condensed):Lead all aspects of project execution from development to completion.
- Manage contract obligations, including negotiations and change orders.
- Ensure project compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
- Oversee project reporting for cost forecasting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams for sourcing materials and services.
- Coordinate additional resources or third-party contractors as needed.
- Lead project meetings and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Apply critical thinking to resolve conflicts and influence decision-making.
- Required Skills & Qualifications (Condensed):Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
- 7 years of project management experience in utility-scale electrical infrastructure.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, NetSuite, Microsoft Project, Oracle P6).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in cross-functional teams.
- Experience resolving conflicts and meeting deadlines
- Willingness to travel as needed.
