We are seeking a Handyman with Commercial Real Estate experience to become a part of our team!
This person will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.
Responsibilities:
- HVAC Certified and ability to work well with others.
- Assist with moving and arranging conference rooms
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment in the buildings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with being a Handyman
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle a physical workload
