Senior Pre-Construction Manager for a GC that builds large-scale ground-up & renovation projects in the Raleigh, NC area.
About the Job: Join our powerhouse team and lead the way as a Senior Pre-Construction Manager! You'll partner with the Director of Precon and work closely with owners, design consultants, and colleagues to secure new work. From project conception and design to budget development, you'll be at the heart of it all. Your role includes conducting precise quantity surveys, forging strong business relationships, wooing subs and vendors, and acing RFP responses. Plus, you'll mentor with a team of managers, helping us secure and grow new business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Construction Science, Structural or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years creating conceptual budgets for GMAX proposals
- Professional demeanor with top-notch communication and presentation skills
- Experience with subcontractor/supplier bidding, bid evaluation, and detailed estimating
- Strong local connections in the Raleigh region
