LHH is working with a world-renowned manufacturing company with a strong presence in the industry. As they continue to expand and innovate, they are seeking a highly skilled and driven Financial Analyst to join their team. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support key decision-making processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cashflow analysis, forecasting, and developing complex Excel models from scratch. You will lead the financial analysis efforts, including cashflow analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and building sophisticated Excel models.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cashflow models to accurately predict cash inflows and outflows.
- Analyze historical cashflow trends and use the data to forecast short-term and long-term liquidity requirements.
- Create and manage complex Excel models to analyze financial data, assess business performance, and support strategic initiatives.
- Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of various business decisions on financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop accurate and detailed budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's financial strategies and goals.
- Provide financial insights and guidance to senior leadership during strategic planning sessions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, cashflow analysis, and financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to build complex financial models from scratch.
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis tools and ERP systems.
- Proven experience in cashflow analysis, forecasting, and managing working capital.
