Job Title: Specialist, Trade Marketing & Communications
Location: Remote (with on-site collaboration)
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday (9 AM - 6 PM); Friday (Remote)
Basic Purpose:
We are seeking a Specialist in Trade Marketing & Communications to manage marketing efforts with our top trade partners during a maternity leave. This role focuses on executing marketing plans, developing partner-specific tools for sales teams and travel advisors, and ensuring accurate representation of our brand across partner platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Strategic Accounts team and trade partners to execute marketing plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date content on partner intranet sites, including marketing assets and company updates.
- Audit partner websites to ensure optimal merchandising and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Develop and distribute marketing toolkits for promotions and seasonal launches.
- Create and manage Digital Voyage Calendars tailored by partner and audience.
- Manage marketing initiatives and projects using PMFs.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years managing B2B marketing toolkits (flyers, digital communications, video production) for the travel industry, preferably cruise-related.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills required)
- Experience with project management tools (Workfront preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (7-10 at a time)
