We have 2 events in Las Vegas on 2 separate weekends, looking for the same talent both weekends. The two positions available are Emcee, and Booth Manager.
EVENT 1 NAME:

- Virtual Training; Date/Time TBD
- Monday, December 2nd; 4:00pm-7:00pm
- Tuesday, December 3rd; 10:00am-6:00pm
- Wednesday, December 4th; 10:00am-6:00pm
- Thursday, December 5th; 10:00am-4:00pm
LOCATION:
- Venetian Expo and Convention Center, Las Vegas
ROLE(s): Please remember that our client has selected you individually.
- 1 x Booth Manager
- 1x Emcee
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Booth Manager: Must be available for all shifts
- Our client is looking for a Booth Manager/Brand Ambassador to assist at their convention activation.
- This person must be outgoing, able to have conversations with attendees, polite to our staff, warm and welcoming - almost like they're a Rubirk employee.
- Professional, who comes prepared, is willing to help, and is open to feedback.
Event 2 Name:
- NV Impact XM x Gartner IOCS
DATE(s) / SHIFT TIME(s): Must be available for all shifts
- Virtual Training; Date/Time TBD
- Tuesday, December 10th; 9:15am - 7:30pm
- Wednesday, December 11th; 9:45am - 6:30pm
- Thursday, December 12th; 9:45am - 1:45pm

- 1 x Booth Manager
- 1x Emcee
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Booth Manager:
- Our client is looking for a Booth Manager/Brand Ambassador to assist at their convention activation.
- Someone who could really step in if the main contact/leader needs to go to a meeting, go to lunch, or be away from the booth for a long period of time.
- This person must be outgoing, able to have conversations with attendees, polite to our staff, warm and welcoming - almost like they're a Rubirk employee.
- Professional, who comes prepared, is willing to help, and is open to feedback.
We would like the same person for both weeks.
Rate: $40/Hour
