Our client, an Education Administration Program, is seeking a driven, eager and bright candidate to join a team of Executive Assistants supporting the CEO! Open to Recent college grads with internship experience who have impeccable communication skills both written and verbal.
Degree required.
5 days onsite, Fidi
8:30am – 5:30pm with flexibility as needed
Compensation: $55 – 65k base, DOE
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate a dynamic and intricate schedule, handling requests for the CEO's time, which are often sensitive, complex, and confidential, requiring careful expectation management.
- Screen phone calls and requests for visits, while practicing prioritization
- Coordinate, execute, and provide administrative support for special projects and events; conduct research, and gather or analyze data to support meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO's office and internal departments, as well as important external partners.
- Gather, arrange, and compile all essential documents and data to ensure the CEO is fully equipped and ready for meetings, presentations, events, reports, and various projects.
Qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years of experience, open to background & Bachelor’s degree.
- Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to handle assignments with tact, diplomacy, and flexibility
- Strong propensity towards organization, precision, and professionalism
- A go-getter, “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
