Temporary Human Resources Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY
The Läderach N. America Temporary Human Resources Assistant will assist Human Resources with various Human Resource projects for North America (US and Canada) including recruiting and onboarding tasks. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and Development and is a full-time, hybrid role based in Läderach N. America’s office in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate would have great attention to detail and is excited to learn more about Human Resources.
GENERAL DUTIES
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
Assist with the preparation of HR documents.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support as needed.
Maintains employee files and database and completes employee onboarding in the HRIS system.
DESIRED SKILLS
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
