Job Responsibilities
- Implement build, test, and deploy Automation Software solutions
- Identify and communicate the technical implementation requirements
- Ensure the development of automation solutions is done following IA coding standards and frameworks
- Apply SCRUM framework and Agile methodology in automation project delivery
- Ensure documentation is created and maintained by the development team
- Anticipate, identify, and communicate project risks and issues to Project Manager and Clients
- Participate, contribute & facilitate knowledge-sharing meetings/initiatives
- Mentor Junior developers and create and deliver training
- Document & maintain best practices and development techniques
- Drive client meetings during the project
- Participate in recruitment activities
- Perform team management responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Higher education in IT or technical related, management or equivalent experience.
- Min. 4 years of development experience with the UiPath platform
- At least a mid-level understanding of business processes
- 1-3 years of software development experience in an object-oriented programming language
- Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
- Technical knowledge and knowledge of design patterns in the Enterprise Application/Information Integration area.
- Technical skills and experience are necessary to independently realize tasks in any phase of developing automation solutions.
- Knowledge of network communication standards (eg. JMS, HTTP, SOAP, XML, XSD)
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
- Ability to make amendments to existing automation
- Ability to create new automation
- Excellent English language skills in speaking and writing
- Tools required: - GIT / - JIRA / - ServiceNow
- Strong automation background - proven experience in project delivery. Technologies: UiPath
