Our client, a Global Nonprofit Organization, is seeking a temp to perm Gift Processing Associate to join their team in NYC. Exciting opportunity to work along a top producing team! The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail and is a great problem solver.
Located in Midtown East, Manhattan.
Hours: 8:45am – 4:45pm with a 1 hour lunch break
*Hybrid Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Managing data in Raiser’s Edge database
- Troubleshoot gift entry issues, field internal inquiries regarding donors and gifts
- Process Direct Mail and online gifts
- Process all checks, wires, stocks, and foreign currency gifts in a batch through gift edit and entry
- Enter pledges in a batch, process for finance approval
- Handle the acknowledgement letters process
- Process grant agreements for signature through all stakeholders
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience working with a CRM system
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge is a plus
