We are looking for a Vacation Rental Coordinator to help with managing the day to day operational aspects of the business, and resolving issues on a timely basis. This is a perfect role for a well-organized problem solver and great communicator, with demonstrated initiative who is good at wearing multiple hats.

What you'll do:
• Become intimately familiar with 6-8 luxury short term rental properties
• Manage the housekeeping schedules, duties and staff to ensure all properties are cleaned properly, as necessary
• Order and keep up stock and essentials in all properties as necessary
• Oversee all necessary maintenance and coordinate with necessary maintenance staff
• Handle inquires and bookings through Airbnb and VRBO
• Customer support via phone and email, ranging from check in times to WiFi connectivity, primarily on weekends
• Able to communicate effectively with guests, providing specific property details (pool location, parking spot, etc.)
• Resolve customer complaints and answer guest inquiries regarding rental services, events, directions, local attractions, etc. in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to attend to and diffuse upset or angry guests
• Must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Good command of language and grammar - bonus points if you can also speak Spanish (bilingual and multilingual)
• Must be self-starter, self-motivated and able to work independently
• REQUIRED own transportation to occasionally meet guests and deliver supplies as needed
• Limited bookkeeping
• Resolve customer complaints and answer guest inquiries regarding rental services, events, directions, local attractions, etc. in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
What you'll bring:
• Work experience in a customer service and/or property management role preferred
• Experience in the vacation rental space is a plus
• Must be experienced and savvy with all forms of technology
• Problem solving and a customer service focused mentality are a must
• Must be able to travel to properties as needed
• People person is comfortable meeting and greeting guests and checking them into properties
• Able to multitask on cellphone, computer and more
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
-Must be willing to be on call
Pay will be subject to experience between 23-28 per hour.
