We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have experience calendaring, preferably managing multiple calendars, possess excellent verbal, writing, and proofreading skills. Must be a fast learner, well-organized, efficient, able to deal with difficult situations, self-motivated and tech-savvy. Must be aware of everything that's going on in our office at all times. Must have a positive attitude, provide five-star customer service, and remain professional while dealing with a wide variety of personalities.
The ideal candidate is expected to have strong attention to detail, must be proactive and have the insight to foresee any disruptions in the flow of our business.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Answering calls and connecting callers to the appropriate person
-Scheduling/rescheduling/filling no-shows
-Collecting short summaries from potential new clients
-Rendering Decisions
-Responding to emails in a timely manner
-Uploading document
-Updating CRM in a timely manner
-Collaborating with all team members to ensure all necessary tasks are completed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
