Position : Transformation Project Manager
Location : New York New York 10013 (hybrid)
Duration : 12 months
Key Skills Required:'
- Qualified project or program management (Prince 2, Agile, APM, PMI etc)
- Strong communication skills with vertical and horizontal stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with control functions and Capital Markets businesses
- Working knowledge of markets products, data integration, workflow technology and approval processes
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to track and maintain multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Previous experience in Basel Regulatory Capital Controllers, Regulatory Capital Reporting (e.g., FFIEC 101, FR Y-9C etc.) or Basel Regulator Capital Audit functions is preferred
- • Understanding of Basel RWA regulations is a must
Key Skills preferred:'Business facing or in-business investment banking experience (front / middle office, operations) a strong preference
- Detailed knowledge of Capital Markets traded products (securities and OTC) preferred
- Data analysis and workflow technology skills
Pay Range: $70 - $85/hour on w2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
