Day to day:
My client in the energy solutions space, is looking for a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join their team temporarily in the Miami area. They will be responsible for delivering HR services to the business as well as collaborating with the HR Business Partners on a day to day basis to roll out all business initiatives. On the more "technical" side, they will be responsible for Workday data entry for employees both in the Miami office and additional locations - new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, reporting changes, etc. It is important that they have previous experience with an employee database such as Workday or equivalent.
In addition, this role is primarily attending and executing on Employee life-cycle matters, HR processes and data management, HR reporting, HR cyclical initiatives (i.e. headcount management, promotional cycles, goal setting, etc.) and HR special projects for the business.
