Seeking a Licensed Architect for our new regional expansion in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience. Design experience in industrial/manufacturing and/or US Federal Government facilities is preferred. Must be licensed in the state of North Carolina.
Job Functions & Responsibilities|
- Direct design documentation through design and construction phases.
- Manage and produce content, products, and final design deliverables, as required.
- Present final products to our clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify, communicate, and document deviations in the project scope.
- Coordinate and lead design and project meetings with clients and project team.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of client relationships
- Participate in interviews for new projects
- Actively look for and recommend ways to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
Minimum Requirements|
- Architectural License
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- 7+ years of experience
