What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Manager? You’ll be:
• Directly supervising employees in a high volume production environment
• Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 5-8 years of production supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree
• Are able to effectively supervise employees and provide guidance
• Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Are proficient in MS Office
• Have experienced with HR laws/regulations
