LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a trial prep paralegal to assist litigation practice group. This dynamic role is fast paced and highly administrative.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal pleadings, discovery responses, letters, memoranda, and client communications
- Deposition prep, assist with pre-trial investigations
- Prepare exhibits and evidence to be used at trial as well as binders
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in litigation ideally in insurance defense, civil or personal injury
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Prior litigation experience is needed
