- Ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Lead project teams, manage documentation, contracts, and meetings
- Oversee project scope, resources, progress, and changes
- Ensure necessary insurances and bonding are in place
- Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and manage deliverables
- Support project close-out, punch lists, and warranty follow-up
Estimating
- Assist Estimating Department on assigned projects
Cost Management
- Ensure project profitability, manage costs, billing, and cash flow
- Oversee project cost meetings and expenditure management
Safety/Risk
- Comply with OSHA standards and manage safety programs
- Identify and mitigate risks
Planning and Scheduling
- Manage and monitor construction planning and schedules
- Assist in addressing punch list items
Incentive Criteria
- Meet gross margin, client satisfaction, workload, and financial goals
- Ensure timely project completion, billing, and quality control
