An established engineering firm is seeking a Bridge and Structures Team Lead for its Indianapolis office. This role offers the opportunity to lead and drive a team of structural engineers while overseeing a variety of exciting projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a bridge and structures team based in the Indianapolis office.
- Provide oversight and guidance to junior engineers and student interns.
- Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)/VP.
- Manage a wide array of structural projects, including modern bridge replacement and rehabilitation as well as historic bridge rehabilitations.
- Collaborate with skilled teams across various disciplines, including transportation and water resources.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana.
- 10+ years of experience designing bridge and structural infrastructure projects.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects and leading teams.
- Experience with public sector design projects, including those with state, county, and municipal clients.
