What to expect in this role
As a Technical Business Systems Analyst at Blankfactor, you will lead the development of cutting-edge applications for our clients in the financial services sector. Your extensive experience and expertise in product management will be instrumental in driving successful product development.
Responsibilities
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that product goals are met and aligned with client needs.
- Payments Industry (Preferred): If you have experience in the payments industry, leverage your knowledge to develop products tailored to client requirements.
- Product Case Studies: Use product case studies to inform and validate product strategies and decisions.
- Scrum and Agile Methodologies: Implement Scrum and Agile methodologies to effectively manage product development timelines and workflows.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products.
- User Experience: Prioritize and advocate for user-centered design principles to enhance the overall user experience.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform product roadmaps.
- Product Roadmaps: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, and communicate product plans to internal and external stakeholders.
- Product Metrics: Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Tech Proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Familiarity with product case studies and their application to product development.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
