Description
Our client, a multi-service firm servicing HNW individuals, is seeking Tax professionals at multiple levels to join their tax advising and services department. This is a high-energy team with a collaborative and team-oriented culture looking for like-minded professionals to join their work. Not your typical public accounting firm, you will work in conjunction with Financial Advisors and other teams, ushering HWN clients through tax scenario planning and advisory. Even during tax season, weekly hours don't exceed beyond mid-60's.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Review personal federal and state tax returns for HNW clients (S-corp, Partnership, Individual)
- Review and manage the preparation of quarterly/periodic estimated tax calculations.
- Research tax notices from federal/state agencies and prepare written correspondence as needed.
- Prepare for and direct client advisory meetings and tax planning sessions.
- Use a broad range of tax tools and techniques to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay current on regulatory changes related to tax code.
- Supports corporate culture from a learning and team-building perspective.
Requirements
- CPA
- 5+ years' experience with HNW (high-net-worth) tax and planning engagements
- Experience with some or all of the following: CCH Axcess Tax, CCH Axcess Workflow, TaxCaddy, SurePrep.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be highly organized, technically strong, and an enthusiastic, effective team player.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to self-start, take initiative, work collaboratively, and drive results.
- Experience with Excel/Word/Outlook/Salesforce/PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel.
