Job Overview:

Supervise all field activities related to construction.
Ensure cohesive workforce for quality and timely completion.
Maintain adequate staffing, material supply, and information flow.
Generate and modify progress schedules with the Project Manager.
Coordinate bid package reviews and site utilization plans.
Monitor field construction, safety compliance, and subcontractor performance.
Oversee purchasing, material deliveries, and project engineering functions.
Lead field staff with positive motivation and purpose.
Establish and maintain field office and project site cleanliness.
Identify and manage subcontractor changes and conflicts.
Conduct weekly meetings to assess progress, quality, and safety.
Prepare daily reports and necessary documentation.

Requirements

7+ years of construction experience, with 5+ years in multi-family projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction phases, design, and project management.
Experience managing employees, vendors, and subcontractors.
Strong multitasking and team collaboration skills.
Effective communication across all management levels.
Proficient in project tracking software.
Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field preferred.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
