Summary:
The Infor HCM Configuration Specialist will manage the development, installation, testing, and modification of the Infor HCM system. Provide technical support for various Infor modules, including Global Human Resources (GHR), Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Self-Service, etc. Responsible for delivering strategic and creative solutions to resolve system challenges and make recommendations for improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, modify, and/or test software needed to support Infor HR Talent (GHR/HCM) business processes.
- Provide system analysis, application setup and design, testing plan development and execution, report design, data conversion and interface mapping, enabling users to use Cloud Suite HCM HR systems.
- Independently analyzing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to increase the efficiency and productivity of the applications supported.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Infor and related systems, including understanding system functionality, integration points, updates, and limitations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends, best practices, and organizational changes related to assigned business applications.
- Serve as a point of contact to users of our supported business applications, and work toward the resolution of complex application problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that improve business processes and workflows.
- Conduct system testing, including creating test cases and executing test plans.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with vendors to resolve technical problems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Able to analyze Infor data and quickly assess problems and identify resolutions for improvements.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Core Infor Global Human Resources (Preferred)
- Expertise in Infor Process Designer, reporting, system configuration, maintenance, and support.
- Strong functional and technical background
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, team environment
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
