Addison Group is working with an Austin based client who is looking to bring on a Remote Support Technician-
*Must be located in PST or MST time zones*
Technical Requirements: 2+ Years Experience.
1) Active Directory and Microsoft Azure
2) Exchange to assist with email issues.
3) Exposure to remote support -- enterprise level VPN experience.
4) Familiar with SharePoint and One Drive
5) Fundamentals of computer networking - will be troubleshooting remote issues with users.
