Wick Phillips is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and legal support for assigned attorneys as well as other attorneys and paralegals in the litigation group, primarily in support of labor and employment-related litigation matters.

Responsibilities
- Support 4-5 attorneys (both partners and associates) with administrative tasks such as calendaring, document preparation and review, filing in both state and federal court, conducting Westlaw searches, court and client communication, matter tracking and reminders, etc.
- Provide support to other attorneys and paralegals as needed
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Uphold and embody the firm’s core values in all professional activities
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience required; labor & employment experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of the court system, court filing and related programs and tools, as well as court protocols and deadlines
- Highly skilled typist with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Ability to establish positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Experience using document management systems such as iManage
- Experience with printing, scanning, emailing, phone, and postage machine
- Physically able to lift and carry 10-40 pounds, move between floors, sit for extended periods, and perform office-related physical activities as needed
