As our client’s Property Manager, you will oversee the management and operation of a commercial property portfolio in Silicon Valley, ensuring seamless building maintenance, financial oversight, and tenant satisfaction.
~ Top Requirements of the Property Manager ~
- Proven experience in commercial real estate management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply common sense in property maintenance.
- Independent thinker with excellent communication skills.
~ What You'll Do as a Property Manager ~
- Oversee third-party property managers and leasing agents.
- Manage property operating budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and operations of properties in the portfolio.
- Conduct financial analysis, including ROI, IRR, and discounted cash flow modeling.
- Assist with due diligence for acquisitions and leasing activities.
~ What You’ll Bring to the Property Manager ~
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate.
- Preferred industry accreditations (CCIM, etc.).
- Proficiency with Argus and Yardi.
- Strong financial analysis skills and experience in commercial property management.
