About the Job:
Oversee overall social media strategy and manage team of social media experts.
A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement a data-driven, brand building multi-platform social media strategy to achieve business objectives and KPIs
- Develop campaign, always-on, and adhoc social content strategies to achieve growth in reach, sentiment, and engagement
- Lead the development of social content calendars, content briefs, and creative assets that balance brand storytelling and commercial effectiveness
- Analyze performance data to measure campaign success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future campaigns
- Create consistent, actionable social media reporting and insights. Manage the appropriate analytic tools to optimize social media performance
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches in alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Partner with digital growth & acquisition marketing teams to optimize synergies between paid & organic social media efforts
- Ideate and create highly engaging content, ensuring it fits within the brand content pillars and helps fuel channel growth and engagement
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, prominent cultural conversations, new platforms, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists to achieve team goals and objectives
What it takes to Join:
- 6+ years’ years of experience in leading social strategy with a demonstrated portfolio of work
- Prior fashion experience
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and partner across many functional teams and levels within the organization
- 2+ years of experience in management position, leading a team of social media professionals and demonstrating leadership with the ability to motivate and mentor
- Highly organized and strong project management skills
- Keen eye for typography, visual design and photography
- Ability to work with multiple partners and manage multiple day to day activities
- Understanding of established brand values and brand aesthetics with an ability to produce on-brand campaigns

Salary Range: $116,021 - $128,716

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
