POSITION
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team to help plan, structure, organize, and monitor the many activities happening within our organization. This role will be an essential part of our organization, providing support to various departments, so a positive attitude is a must. The ideal Office Administrator will be a highly organized, energetic and self-motivated individual with an attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks including welcoming and directing visitors, assisting the Property Management team with resident and prospect needs, maintaining office supplies/services, and other ad hoc projects and activities as required. We truly value passionate and down-to-earth people who are driven to get things done and find creative solutions to problems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all office reception functions, including receiving/greeting all visitors in a professional and warm manner and routing them to appropriate staff, and taking and distributing messages.
- Assist with in-person apartment applications.
- Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items.
- Manage all aspects of office supplies including facilitating all orders, tracking and receipt of invoicing, and stocking products for the corporate office.
- Assist with various projects or activities as needed.

Computer and Technical Skills. Should be able to embrace and adapt to technology required to fulfill responsibilities of this position, to include Microsoft Office, Yardi Software Systems, and other required software, or equal.

Communication. Developed writing and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other team members.
