Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced administrative assistant for a non-profit client in Mason, OH. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our client's organization. This individual will be the backbone of the office, ensuring that the administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $17 and $18.25 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and route to the correct departments.
- Manage and organize office operations, including filing systems, donor databases, and communication systems.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and volunteers.
- Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of lunches and internal meetings.
- Provide support to the finance department by processing invoices
- Serve as the point of contact for volunteers, donors, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office and database management.
