Job Title: Office Admin (Temp to Hire)
Location: Conshohocken, PA
Pay Rate: $19-$23/hr
Job Type: Onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support for the leadership team
- Handle general administrative tasks such as managing incoming packages, ordering office supplies, maintaining the breakroom, and running the dishwasher.
- Assist with UPS shipments and other logistical duties.
- Perform basic tasks using Excel, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Manage the office calendar, including scheduling interviews and vendor appointments.
- Coordinate and support office operations for 60 employees in the PA office and three additional office locations.
- Serve as the point of contact for the leadership team regarding office management and scheduling.
Requirements:
- Entry-level position with some prior office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
