About the Position:
Our client, a dynamic Chicago boutique litigation law firm founded by a former large law firm partner, has an immediate need for a stellar experienced (7+ years) commercial litigation attorney to join as a senior-level associate (or junior partner/counsel, depending on level of experience).

Hands-on complex commercial litigation practice
· Firm represents clients nationally in a full range of sophisticated commercial matters
Responsibilities:
· Take the lead on all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial discovery through trial
· Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs, take and defend depositions, and appear in court
Required Qualifications:
· 7 or more years of complex commercial litigation experience
Desire for a busy and sophisticated boutique litigation practice
Clerkship experience a plus
· Excellent academic credentials
