The Role:
*With a focus on our Core Values of Reliability, Integrity, Commitment and Excellence (RICE), the Per Diem Payroll Associate will build relationships with healthcare professionals and ensure the healthcare facilities' needs are staffed with outstanding clinicians in a timely manner. This position entails working at a fast pace and will require working cooperatively with people to fulfill requested orders (there is no “I” in “Team”).
What you'll be doing:
- Act as a liaison between facilities and SNS' healthcare professionals - be outgoing, creative, passionate, and energetic.
- Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of the company.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment law
- Be a self-starter, able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Have experience working in a professional environment and communicating with people.
- Flexibility: Be able to start the day early and stay late if needed.
- Be familiar with MS Office applications.
- Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

What we look for:
- High School Diploma (required), Bachelors degree (preferred)
- 2 years of customer service (required)
- 2 years of sales experience (preferred)
- 1 year of recruiting experience in any industry preferred but willing to train the right person without it (preferred)
Work schedule:
- 5 days per week
- 8-hour shift (12:30pm - 9:00pm)
- Availability to work over the weekends
Ability to commute/relocate: Los Angeles, CA (Mid-Wilshire)
Reliable transportation or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
