Position: Sales Operations Manager

Position Overview:
Wondfo USA is looking for a Sales Operations Manager that will report to our General Manager. This position is based in our San Diego, CA location and is not a remote position. The Sales Operations Manager play a pivotal role in aligning sales strategies with business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Own monthly and quarterly business reviews, leading finance, sales, marketing, R&D and strategy leads in compiling a document for GM, guiding deep dives as needed.
- Partner with business analytics counterparts to develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track key performance metrics, sales pipeline, and revenue.
- Define metrics, tools, and processes needed to set and achieve product adoption, revenue, and sales productivity goals.
- Identify gaps to goals, build mechanisms to close, implement change with peers in leadership, monitor impact, and enable ad sales to deliver on ambitious targets.
- Develop best practices for improving sales productivity and cascade across teams in different business units.
Revenue & Forecast Management
· Assist in management of the sales forecasting process, analyzing trends and variances to provide accurate and timely projections.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.
- Identify and address any operational roadblocks impacting the sales team's ability to close deals and progress pipeline.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
· Excellent written and oral communication skills; attention to detail.
· Demonstrated ability to simplify the complex and to synthesize insights from data.
· Excel and quantitative modeling skills.
· Expertise in PowerPoint and preparation of well-packaged presentations.
· Creative, resourceful, gritty, willing to hustle – will never hesitate to roll up sleeves and pursue something hands-on, will persevere when others fall away.
· Ability to adjust for geographic and cultural differences; can proficiently communicate across a diverse set of backgrounds.
· Willing to pick up the phone at night from time to time when required by the team in China.
Qualifications:· A bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a scientific field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in strategy and operations, project management, business development or alliance management.
- Experience in life sciences or diagnostics preferred.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred.
- Experience using ERP or BI tools.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership.
