π΅Pay rate: $17 USD/Hour
π£SHIFT: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Professional Services Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the Account Manager and/or Program Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned client programs at that tactical level. The Professional Services Coordinator works to provide daily support to the Professional Services Program Management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
π Program Management Responsibilities.
π Generate work orders and reports.
π Assist in inventory reconciliation.
π Preparation of client reports.
π Process special client requests.
π Provide internal clients with email, fax, and phone support.
π Prepare samples for client approval.
π Monitor inventory levels and back-order situations.
π Set up job folders, filing, and records storage procedures.
π Complete other program management tasks as identified by the Program Manager or Account Manager.
π Account Management Responsibilities.
π Execute needed deliverables in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner providing the highest level of customer service.
π People and Resource Management Responsibilities.
π Maintain resource Hours and accurately capture billable, non-billable, and overtime hours.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
π Education/Training: An associate degree is desirable.
π Business Experience: One - two years of work experience within an office environment.
π Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
