We are conducting a confidential search for a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a portfolio company of a medium-sized private equity firm in the U.S. This role requires a leader with a proven track record of driving success at the executive level, steering operational and business growth while fostering strong internal and external relationships.
Job Summary
As CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving performance. You will work closely with the executive leadership team and external stakeholders to execute growth strategies and optimize organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have a history of effective leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute business strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the board of directors, PE firm and key stakeholders to establish company goals and direction.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and teams.
- Develop and mentor high-performing leadership teams across various departments.
- Ensure company operations align with both short- and long-term objectives.
- Communicate the company's performance and opportunities for improvement with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
Must-Haves
- Proven leadership experience at the C-suite level.
- Strong business acumen with experience leading a medium or large-sized organization.
- Bachelor's degree
Nice-To-Haves
- Prior experience in a private equity-backed environment.
- Master’s degree in business or finance.

- Base salary plus equity
