Join an 80 year old Clinic which has grown to be the largest, independent, physician-owned medical group with 300+ Providers in the Pacific Northwest. They have 5 locations and are expanding.
They are adding Internal Medicine / Geriatrics physicians committed to delivering exceptional care to medically complex patients in an underserved clinic opening in December. They goal of the clinic is to keep patients out of the Hospital.
Details:
• This group is about patient care
o New patients - 1 hour appointments
o Follow up appointments - 30 minutes
• Call is phone only and reasonable and is shared - 1 night / month
• 4 or 5 day work week options
• Option to work part time as .7
• Experience in a Community Health Center is a plus and a passion for serving the underserved
• 2-3 years of experience required
• EPIC EMR

Offer:
Base $303k base salary
Plus $100k retention bonus over 4 years
$35k sign on
$20k second year
$20k third year
$25k 4th year
