Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Program Administrator to support our research initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for contracting and communicating with external entities or partners, managing documentation, handling basic financial documents, overseeing intellectual property (IP) management, facilitating information sharing, and coordinating regular large-scale meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Handle contracts and agreements with external entities and partners, ensuring all terms are met and documented.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, maintaining clear and effective communication.
- Documentation: Manage and organize all program-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Financial Management: Oversee basic financial document management, including budgeting and expense tracking.
- IP Management: Administer intellectual property management, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Information Sharing: Facilitate the sharing of information among stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and organize regular large-scale meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up.
