An employer in Houston, TX is looking for a Sr. Chiller/ HVAC Service Technician IV to join their Service Team.
This person would be responsible for performing inspections, teardowns, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced and complex Heavy Commercial Centrifugal & Chiller systems.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience Chiller/ HVAC Commercial Service.
- Full teardown experience is required.
- Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques and codes is required.
- Proficient in reading complex schematics and prints
- Able to perform as a self-managed individual
- Willingness to participate in the On-Call-Stand-By Rotation
